Our Transitions team supports all service members of all branches, guard and reserve, and military spouses throughout your military service. Work one-on-one with your USO Transition Specialist to ensure that you achieve your current and future goals. Your USO Transition team supports and augments installation resources and has strategic partnerships that support your goals.

• Personalized assistance – Our Transition team works one-on-one with service members and their families to help them achieve their personal and professional transition goals by building an individualized action plan, which can be accessed through the USO Mobile App.

• Worldwide access – The USO Transition program is available to support you no matter where you call home. All you need is internet access and a device. No matter where you are in your career, where your next PCS is, or if you’re separating from the military, the USO Transition Program is here to assist you throughout the process.
