Ask your employer about their matching gift program. With your company’s matching program, you can increase the impact of your support. Include your company’s matching gift form with your tax-deductible gift and mail it to the USO Northwest today.
Donate Stock
Giving stock to the USO Northwest allows you to deduct its full market value without paying any tax on the long-term capital gain. You must have owned the asset, such as corporate or mutual fund stock, for at least 12 months, in order to receive a charitable deduction from the IRS. You should always check with your own tax consultant before making a gift of stock or securities.
