After getting delayed and rerouted and delayed and rerouted I ended up at SeaTac at 0030 with my next flight at 0700. I found the USO and it was a blessing. Your volunteers are exceptional, always making sure we were taken care of. For example a group of us passed out on the couches. He went around and tucked us all in with blankets. After a day that made me want to cry, I am so appreciative of what you do for us. Being able to wash my face and brush my teeth many my day bearable!
