About this Location
Our USO Sea-Tac Center remains the busiest USO airport center in the U.S. serving more than 143,000 traveling service members and their families every year. Our USO Sea-Tac Center is 1 of only 8 USO centers worldwide that is open 24/7/365, thanks to the steadfast support of over 200 volunteers who provide travel assistance and all the comforts of home to service members and their families traveling through Sea-Tac International Airport. The USO-NW Sea-Tac Center is conveniently located outside security above Southwest Airlines ticketing counter on the Mezzanine Level.
The center provides traveling military and their families with a complete canteen offering guests hot and cold food and beverages, secure luggage storage, a bunk room, large recliner lounge with 4 big screen TVs, Internet bar with computers, printer and fax, free WI-FI access throughout the center, a movie theater, the Bob Hope Legacy Reading Program and a separate family room. All programs and services at the center are provided free of charge to military members and their families.
Volunteers are the heart and soul of the USO and the reason this center is open 24/7/365. If you would like help keep our doors open and say thank you to our military and their families, then become a USO volunteer!
Please fill out the application available here. After the initial screening process you may be asked to come in for an interview and orientation. We will then schedule you for training and get you acclimated to our amazing team.

Who Can Use the USO?
Occasionally, veterans or military retirees contact us to tell us they couldn’t get into a USO airport lounge because they are not active-duty military. As much as we’d like to open our doors to all those who have honorably served, we have limited space and financial resources.
The USO must focus its mission on serving the needs of those who need us most: active-duty service members and their families as we serve over 14,000 guests every month, including (6) AMC flights every week. For more than 78 years, that’s been our mission.

After getting delayed and rerouted and delayed and rerouted, I ended up at Sea-Tac at 0030 with my next flight at 0700. I found the USO and it was a blessing. Your volunteers are exceptional, always making sure we're taken care of. For example, a group of us passed out on the couches. A volunteer went around and tucked us all in with blankets. After a day that made me want to cry, I am so appreciative of what you do for us. Being able to wash my face and brush my teeth made my day bearable!Anna C. Find out how to support USO
