About this Location
Our USO Shali Center is strategically located adjacent to the troop holding building on McChord Field at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. USO-NW staff and volunteers work closely with base operations in order to provide assistance with troop deployments, homecomings, and care package distribution. Our Shali Center provides troops sequestered in the troop holding area access to the center’s lounge, a full-service canteen, computers and the Internet, free WI-FI access, big screen TVs and Xbox gaming area. In addition, the USO Shali Center hosts free monthly “No Dough” Dinners offering free hot meals before pay day to military personnel and their families.
