Care Packages
Service members deploying to bases outside the USA through our USO Shali (McChord) Center may be provided a Care Package containing travel items such as toiletries, snacks, and reading material. Arrangements can be made for outbound deployments not going through the Shali Center, by contacting Dan Lochner at [dlochner@uso.org].
