A Christmas No-Dough Dinner
Our No Dough Dinners provide a free meal once a month for service members and families of Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
It is a unique and uplifting opportunity to bring together friends and neighbors in a casual, family-friendly, environment. Military parents get a night off from kitchen duty and the military children have a chance to make new friends, all while enjoying a healthy dinner provided by the volunteers and staff of the USO Shali Center.
This month Christmas Dinner came a little early on Thursday, December 6th at 11:00 am at the USO Shali Center. Soon many of the soldiers will be traveling home to see their families around the United States and this month can be a little more tight because of that. We are fortunate we have amazing sponsors who can provide special meals like this to active-duty military and their families.
This month’s No Dough Dinner was sponsored by James and Patty Dean ,proud supporters of the USO Northwest.
On behalf of the service members and their families we serve, thank you for your generous support.
