USO Northwest supports Snowball Express 2018
The USO Northwest supported the Snowball Express Saturday, December 8th before dawn. Sending off children of Gold Star Families with gift’s from Santa and elves before they boarded their flight to Disney World for some holiday cheer with kids with similar experience from all over the United States.
In addition to the USO, Sea-Tac’s first responders, Seattle Police Officers, American Airlines Employees, and volunteers from the Gary Sinise Foundation were there to show them love and give a proper send off.
The Snowball Express’s Mission is to Honor America’s fallen military service members who have made the ultimate sacrifice since 9/11 by humbly serving the families they left behind. Champion their children’s future success by creating opportunities for joy, friendship, and communal healing, by connecting these families to one another.
