While our center operations have been suspended due to COVID-19, the USO Northwest has stepped and continued our mission by delivering supplies to quarantined service members and families along with digital programming including cooking tutorials, live music, exercise regiments, trivia nights and more.

In addition, we reached out to several of our partners including the Gary Sinise Foundation and USAA. Through their generous support and the help of Chick-fil-A of Lakewood we were able to create a Chick-fil-A pop-up event on base.

On Tuesday April 29th we smoothly delivered 400+ Chick-fil-A meals to service members and their families on McChord Air Force Base, taking only 45 minutes!

Thanks to the generosity of the Gary Sinise Foundation and USAA, 400 active duty service members and their families enjoyed an evening off with Chick-fil-A for dinner. We would also like to show appreciation to Chick-fil-A Lakewood for showing up once again and delivering to our service members on Joint Base Lewis-McChord.

USO Northwest, USAA, and the Gary Sinise Foundation were pleased to provide this special treat to our military and their families during this unprecedented time of social distancing.
